Tucked away in the Kiso Mountains of southwestern Nagano Prefecture, Gingamura reveals itself as you journey along the quiet roads at the foot of Mt. Ontake.

At an altitude of 1,500 meters, this modest village rests in a forest of white birch trees—its skies blanketed by a vast, natural planetarium. Countless stars fill your view, while nutcrackers glide silently through the night, their white markings blending seamlessly with the starlit sky.
